D.I.V.A. Day Foundation is a non-profit organization that teaches effective leadership tools to young ladies from diverse and at risk communities. Our mission is to empower girls into adulthood and inspire them to serve future generations.
Our History
SOWING SEEDS FOR SUCCESS
Diva Day Foundation (DDF) is a non-profit organization that was established March 18, 2020 with a mission to empower girls into adulthood and inspire them to serve future generations. We work to Inspire, Lead and Prepare our next generation of Lady Leaders through the avenues of educational seminars, scholarship opportunities, donation giveaways, etc.
DDF seeks community donations to help support its cornerstone events. Panel of Purpose “Back To School Giveaway, A Day To Dine With Diva’s Mother Daughter Luncheon (Harriet Rena Day Scholarships) and “A Diva’s Guide To Success” Summer Series are events we take great pride in leaving our legacy and giving back.

Panel of Purpose Leadership Conference
A Panel of Leaders who are trail blazing through their purpose and sharing tools of leadership while Inspiring others along their path to greatness. These panels will provide a platform for an in-depth discussion that will provide specific tools about purpose driven leadership. Our Speakers will identify effective strategies to help hurdle typical obstacles while in the role of leadership. The Panel discussion is designed to leave participants with the confidence to step into leadership and grow to new heights.
Diva Day Bday Extravaganza
Instead of gifting Diva Day for her birthday, please join in on our fundraising efforts to alleviate some of the financial burden associated with the transition to college for the awarded families of the Harriet Rena Day Scholarship.

Harriet Rena Day Scholarship
The Harriet Rena Day Scholarship is given in Honor of my Mother. My mother has always been my Shero and her life has been a true reflection of the love a mother carries for her daughters destiny. Watching my mom go from working at Jack In The Box, to defying the odds after being diagnosed with diverticulitis, to working her way through medical assistant school, then graduating at the top of her class, raising my brother and myself alone, while maintaining a full time job has embedded the very core of my being in all my life's endeavours. This scholarship is not only a thank you to my mom but to all the mom’s like her who are willing to push through pain so their daughters can pursue their purpose.

A D.I.V.A.'s Guide to Success Summer Workshop Series
Diva Day Foundation presents “A Diva’s Guide to Success” Summer Workshop Series. This workshop series will provide a safe space for girls to examine and gain strategic tools for leadership development and character building. Diva Day Foundation is looking to connect with title one local schools, unserved community centers and socioeconomically disadvantaged youth serving organizations. Our program aims to serve young girls ages 12-18, of low to moderate incomes and unserved community centers. A typical group serves 35-40 girls. Our workshop will provide practical tools through the lens of discovering the power in purpose, servant leadership, importance of tactful goal setting, and the spirit of perseverance in adversity.
